Udochi in the Igbo language of Nigeria means God’s Peace.
Udo means Peace, while Chi means God.
Udochi in the Kalabari language of Nigeria means that the owner of the name has musical and artistic ability, good business judgment, and has a sense of responsibility for the welfare of others.

Udochi is an Art and Education Social Enterprise that focuses on the rebranding of Africa. We are all about Financial Empowerment. We facilitate the branding of businesses that are in Wearable Art, Eco-fashion and Organic Health and Beauty. We work with the entrepreneurs in those businesses to not only run socially responsible businesses, but to have us serve as resources in promoting their businesses to the world.
Our platform offers meetings in which ethically focused businesses are owned by Africans and people of African Diaspora and businesses that cater to the wellbeing of entrepreneurs and businesses in the Africa and African diaspora ways to connect and work with each other in ways that shows Africa in a better light.
We support a collective of Artists, Fashion Designers, Wearable Artist, Film Makers, Techs and Creatives who share our mission of changing our world. We are using our gifts and talents in Arts to create products and offer services that are making our environment a better place. All we do is centered around Wearable Art and Creative Artisan Businesses.
We believe that we are at peace and live our best lives when we are in alignment with nature by taking care of our ourselves, the nature around us and all that is in our community. It is no surprise that we embrace natural beauty.
Our products are beautifully handmade and handcrafted here in the United States by us. As we grow we hope to be able to employ people in deserving communities here in the United States to help us grow and to enable our collaborators create better lives for themselves and their families.
Udochi cares
Educational programs, especially entrepreneurial education for girls and women. it is important for women to create their destinies. Educating our communities on the benefits to one’s health of wearing eco-fabrics and supporting artisan made products.
Financial Education, helping women build their businesses. Working with local artisans and creating jobs for Women.
Programs that increase Psychological empowerment. We love initiatives that build Self-esteem and Independent living skills, especially for young men and women in deserving areas such as foster care.
